How to Contribute to the Rochester Folk Art Guild The Rochester Folk Art Guild, chartered as an educational organization under section 501-(C)-3 of the tax law, is incorporated as a not-for-profit. Members, friends and foundation grants support the educational programs, even though the sale of fine Guild handcrafts has
