2023-2024 Facilities Fees
Small Group Short Term Facility Rentals (for groups under 25 people)
Table and chair rental included; set up fees are extra. Event tents, portable restroom facilities, and portable hand wash stations may be rented from outside vendors. Please contact us for preferred vendor contact information. Short term rental fee: $50/hour applies to all spaces or $150 for the day

Facility rental for larger groups is available by request and fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Lodging Fees
Lodging with use of bathrooms and kitchen in Romeo; per person per night; includes bed linens, bath towel, and wash cloth.
Single occupancy: $90
Double occupancy: $75
Romeo dorm room group occupancy (6+): $65
Tent camping: $30
Lodging available:
21 beds; plus unlimited tent camping
- Four Winds (3 rooms with two single beds in each) [6]
- Romeo (east dorm room with five single beds, west dorm room with eight single beds, 1 room with two single beds*) [15]
Accessibility:
- Four Winds/Pump House each have a small porch with a few steps leading up to each. The rooms themselves are on the first floor.
- Romeo dorm rooms are on the second floor and require climbing a flight of stairs. There is one bedroom on the first floor, which is between an entrance with a ramp and a shared ADA-compliant bathroom.
Bath facilities:
- Three full bathrooms are located in Romeo, one of which is fully ADA-compliant. These bathrooms are shared by anyone staying in our lodging. Four Winds/Pump House are located directly next to Romeo.
