Our guest facilities support workshops, retreats, artist residencies, group gatherings, and individual stays. Below you will find detailed information about our lodging, meeting spaces, camping, and outdoor areas, along with pricing and availability.

Stay with Us

Romeo Guest House

Romeo is the center of our guest facilities. The building includes a flexible first floor meeting space and simple dormitory style lodging upstairs. The first floor has a kitchen and three full bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. Romeo is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading to the entrance and an accessible bedroom on the first floor.

  • The first floor of Romeo serves as a spacious, flexible meeting area for workshops, retreats, artist residencies, and day programs. The room can be arranged for meetings, classes, shared meals, or group activities, and can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 35 people depending on layout.

      • three full bathrooms, including one accessible bathroom

      • wheelchair accessible ramp at the entrance

      • high speed WiFi throughout the building

      Rental Price:

      • $50 per hour

  • The second floor of Romeo provides simple shared lodging for overnight guests. There are two rooms upstairs:

    • one room with eight single beds

    • one room with seven single beds

    In addition, the first floor has an accessible bedroom that sleeps two.

    Guests staying upstairs have access to all first floor facilities, including the kitchen, gathering room, and bathrooms.

    Nightly Price: $75 per person
    Capacity: 15 people

The Winds Cabins

The Winds are three small cabins located steps away from Romeo. Each cabin contains a simple double bedroom with two single beds and basic furnishings. These rooms provide a quiet and comfortable lodging option with easy access to shared bathrooms in Romeo.

Nightly Price: $100 per room
Capacity: 3 cabins, each sleeping 2 guests

Camping

Guests are welcome to camp anywhere on our open land. Tent sites may be set up in fields, along wooded edges, or in quieter areas of the property. Campers have access to bathrooms and water in Romeo.

Nightly Price: $30 per person
Capacity: Unlimited

Outdoor Spaces

Our 350 acre property includes open fields, shaded areas, and quiet wooded edges that can be used for outdoor meetings and group activities. The grounds may be rented for programs at $50 per hour.

All guests also have access to the farm’s natural features, including walking trails, a small swimming pond, and a wood fired sauna. The land offers wide views, changing seasons, and frequent wildlife sightings, including the Monarch migration.
